BISP has announced that the 3rd phase payments will continue from 1st August 2025 in areas where payments were delayed.

Check by SMS (8171):
- Type your 13-digit CNIC number (no spaces or dashes)
- Send it to 8171
- You will get a reply with your payment and eligibility status

- Go to: https://8171.bisp.gov.pk
- Enter your CNIC number
- Enter the captcha code shown on the screen
- Click on “Submit”
- Your payment status will be shown
Visit BISP Tehsil Office
If you didn’t get your payment, or:
- Your fingerprints did not match
- Your CNIC has expired

Who Is Eligible for BISP Payment in August 2025?
To get a BISP payment, you must:
- Be registered in the NSER (BISP record)
- Have a monthly income of less than Rs. 30,000
- Not working in any government job
- Do not own a car, land, or a passport
- Not having travelled to another country
- Be a widow, an orphan, a disabled person, or from a poor family

Registration Process:
- Go to your nearest BISP Dynamic Registration Center
- Take the following documents with you:
- Original CNIC
- Electricity or gas bill (optional)
- Children’s B-Form (if you want to apply for an education stipend)
- Complete the NSER survey at the center
- Wait for a confirmation SMS from 8171
- If you are eligible, you will get Rs. 13,500 every 3 months
